Reception is the next most important presentation of your motel business after - Pull up Appeal.
You new guest has parked outside your motel and is forming an opinion of what to expect from how you have presented your property. They either drive away or park their car to enter reception.
From this moment on you and your staff must present your motel to a well rehearsed presentation.
Your presentation must be endorsed by the condition of the rest of the accommodation services available. If the motel does not live up to the expectations you have presented at the reception greeting, they will politely leave the next morning never to return.
SO GET IT RIGHT
